- Western blot analysis of anti-Dnmt2 Pab (Cat. #AP1021b) in Jurkat cell lysate (Lane A) and mouse liver tissue lysate (Lane B). Dnmt2 (arrow) was detected using purified Pab. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
