- Flow cytometry of BDNF in U‚87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line. Samples were incubated in BDNF monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23665) or isotype control. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
