- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 epsilon by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 epsilon Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4567) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Casein Kinase 1 epsilon at approximately 47 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
