Western Blot: MMP14 Antibody (3G4.2) [NBP2-29735] - U251 cell lysate was transfected with MT1-MMP and separated on 10% gel (40 ug total protein/lane). A representative lot of Anti-MT1-MMP, clone 3G4.2, at 1:200 recognizes a 60 kDa band, the active form of MT1-MMP.
