- Human CXCL11/I-TAC Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from ascites. Detects human CXCL11/I-TAC in ELISAs and Western blots. In ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) CXCL5, 7, 8, 9, or 10. In Western blots, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, IL-8/CXCL8, 9, 10, 13, CXCL12/SDF-1 alpha , CXCL12/SDF-1 beta , rmCXCL1, 2, 6, 9, 10, CXCL12/SDF-1 alpha , rmCXCL13, rrCXCL1, CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha , CXCL3/CINC-2 beta , or rpIL-8/CXCL8.

- Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL11/I-TAC and Neutralization by Human CXCL11/I-TAC Antibody. Recombinant Human CXCL11/I-TAC (Catalog # 672-IT) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CXCL11/I-TAC (15 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human CXCL11/I-TAC Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB672). The ND50 is typically 0.2-0.8 µg/mL.
