- Immunoprecipitation of XPC in 200 μg extracts of 293T cells. Samples were precipitated with 3 μg XPC Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97019). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using XPC Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97019) at a dilution of 1:1,000.
