- Western blot was performed using Anti-PLA2G4A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30962) and a ~85 kDa band was observed across the panel tested except IMR-23 and Reh. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), A549 (Lane 3), NIH/3T3 (Lane 4), IMR-32 (Lane 5) and Reh (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

- PLA2G4A Polyclonal Antibody detects PLA2G4A protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: PLA2G4A protein stained by PLA2G4A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30962) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
