- Western blot: HeLa lysate either in RIPA (lanes 1, 2, 4, 6) or TX100 buffer (lanes 3, 5, 7) overexpressing mouse beta Cstf-64-FLAG immunoprecipitated using beta Cstf-64 (2ug) antibody in lanes 6 & 7 and probed with anti-FLAG [1/1000]. Mock-transfected HeLa in Lane 1.

- Immunoprecipitation: Beta CstF-64 antibody is able to pull down bCstf-64 from mouse brain lysate (lane 5, 500ug protein) but not Cstf-64 from mouse liver lysate (lane 6, 500ug protein) using protein G-coated magnetic beads. WB performed with unrelated bCstf-64/Cstf-64 mAb.
