- Western Blot: Beclin 1 Antibody (9B6) [NBP1-00088] - Beclin 1 is acetylated at lysines 430 and 437. Endogenous Beclin 1 is acetylated. Acetylated proteins were immunoprecipitated with the antibody to acetylated lysine from HEK293T cells after TSA and NAM treatments as indicated. Acetylation of endogenous Beclin 1 protein was analyzed with western bolt analysis.
