- Western Blot: IL7 Receptor alpha Antibody [NBP2-29618] - WB analysis of IL7 Receptor alpha/CD127 protein on (A) partial recombinant protein IL7 Receptor alpha (primary antibody conc. 0.5 ug/ml) and on (B) human spleen lysate (primary antibody conc. 4.0 ug/ml). In spleen lysate, this antibody detected a distinct IL7 Receptor alpha band at its predicted size (~50-55 kDa) along with some diffused bands at higher molecular weight position (potentially the glycosylated form of this protein).
