- Anti-IL-7 Receptor alpha chain pY449 in immunoprecipitation and Western blot. Lysates were prepared from thymocyte D1 cells treated with or without IL7 (50 ng/ml), and immunoprecipitated with anti-Phosphotyrosine conjugated to Protein G agarose. After washing and boiling, the supernatant was separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose. Western Blot analysis was performed using anti-IL7 receptor pY449, diluted 1:10000 in BSA, incubated overnight at 4¢XC. The proteins were visualized using an HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody and ECL detection.

- Human Colon, MALT (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) stained with IL7R antibody (GTX85604) at 5 ug/ml followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody LS-D1, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
