Detection of MARCO in Mouse Dendritic Cells by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were differentiated to dendritic cells by culturing with recombinant mouse IL-4 (Catalog # 404-ML, 20 ng/ml) and recombinant mouse GM-CSF (Catalog # 415-ML, 40 ng/ml) for 6 days, then stained with (A) Rat Anti-Mouse MARCO Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2956F) or (B) isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC005F) and Rat anti-Mouse CD11c Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB69501R).
