Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse IL-3 R beta in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.005% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-3, rmIL-3 R alpha , and recombinant human IL-3 R alpha is observed. In Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-3 R alpha is observed.
