- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-MAPKAPK2 (Ser272) in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue. Samples were incubated with Phospho-MAPKAPK2 (Ser272) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12619) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

- Dot blot analysis of Phospho-MAPKAPK2 (Ser272). Samples were incubated with Phospho-MAPKAPK2 (Ser272) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12619) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. 50 ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed on nitrocellulose membrane.
