Depemokimab is an experimental biologic drug that targets Interleukin-5 (IL-5) to treat severe asthma with type 2 inflammation and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). It is an ultra-long-acting therapy designed for twice-yearly, or every six-month, injections. Clinical trials have shown depemokimab can significantly reduce asthma attacks and CRSwNP symptoms.
