Detection of RAD51 foci: formation induced by DNA damage. Normal human diploid cells were irradiated by X-ray (0.5 Gy) and after 6 hr incubation, the cells were fixed and immunostained by using RAD51 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-4985) as the primary antibody and Alexa 594 labeled anti-rabbit antibody as the secondary antibody.
