- RANK/TNFRSF11A in Rat Embryo. RANK/TNFRSF11A was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of rat embryo (cartillage primordium, 7 days p.c.) using 10 µg/mL Goat Anti-Mouse RANK/TNFRSF11A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF692) overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). - Mouse RANK/TNFRSF11A Antibody Induces Osteoclast Differentiation in Mouse Splenocytes. Mouse RANK/TNFRSF11A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody induces osteoclast differentiation on mouse splenocytes in the presence of 20 ng/mL recombinant mouse M-CSF (Catalog # 416-ML), in a dose-dependent manner, as measured by the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) solution assay. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.1-0.4 µg/mL.
