- Detection of Human/Rat IkB-beta by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Rat IkB-beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3425) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific band for Human/Rat IkB-beta were detected at approximately 48 kDa and 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
