- PA5-28330 targets CSEN in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples. The PA5-28330 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 256 of Human CSEN. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Brain (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Heart (Lane 3), Rat Heart (Lane 4) and Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti- KChIP3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28330, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 29 kDa band corresponding to KChIP3 was detected in Mouse and Rat Brain but not in other tissues which are reported to be negative for KChIP3 expression.
