In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-2 sR gamma , rhIL-5 sR alpha , and rhIL-6 sR is observed and 10% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 sR beta is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rhIL-1 sRII, rhIL-4 sR, and rhIL-10 sR is observed.
