- Western blot analysis from cell lysate of HeLa (35 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with LDHA monoclonal antibody, clone AT1A4 (Cat # MAB8700) (1 : 8000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
