MA1-24619 detects cardiac Troponin T from human, bovine, canine, goat, and rabbit samples. MA1-24619 will not react with mouse, rat, feline, fish, or porcine. This antibody does not detect skeletal muscle Troponin T, cTnl, or TnC. MA1-24619 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. MA1-24619 has a predicted molecular weight of ~35.4 kDa. The MA1-24619 immunogen is full length human protein.
