- Western blot analysis from lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human ING1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ING1 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of ING1 in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in ING1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47772) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).

- Immunohistochemical analysis of ING1 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer tissue. Samples were incubated in ING1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47772) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
