Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human ING1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ING1 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Immunocytochemistry analysis of ING1 in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in ING1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47772) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).

Immunohistochemical analysis of ING1 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer tissue. Samples were incubated in ING1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47772) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
