No. A303-034A Lot1 used at a dilution of 1:200 (1µg/ml) (left) and Cat. No. A303-035A Lot1 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1µg/ml) (right). Detection: DAB. Counterstain: hematoxylin (blue).

- Detection of human ATF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ATF1 antibody A303-035A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ATF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ATF1 antibodies A303-034A and A303-036A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated ATF1, A303-034A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
