- Western blot analysis from lysates of human pancreas tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of mouse Anti-human Tryptase e/BSSP-4 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24341) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Tryptase e/BSSP-4 at approximately 34 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
