- Western Blot: hnRNP L Antibody (4D11) [NB120-6106] - Whole cell protein from HeLa (lane 1), A431 (lane 2), NIH-3T3 (lane 3) and PC12 (lane 4) was separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF membrane. The membrane was probed with Anti-hnRNP L at 1 ug/ml and detected with an HRP conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody by chemiluminescence.
