Zelminemab (AMG-301) is an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody of the IgG1-kappa isotype that targets and inhibits the pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I receptor (PAC1). It is being developed primarily for the prevention of migraine, aiming to block the PACAP-PAC1 signaling pathway which plays a critical role in the initiation of migraine attacks.
