Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CDC73/HRPT2 antibody NB200-184 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated CDC73/HRPT2, NB200-184 was used at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
