Total cell lysates from untreated Jurkat cells (Lane 1) or Jurkat cells treated with IFNa (Lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-IRF7 (clone 12G9A36) antibody.
