Experimental details

Overnight starved Jurkat cells were treated with or without IFN-α for 6 hours, then fixed and permeabilized with Nuclear Factor Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Cat. No. 422601). Cells were then stained with IRF7 (clone 12G9A36) PE (solid line with open histogram for untreated cells, filled histogram for stimulated cells) or mouse IgG2b, κ PE isotype control (dash line for unstimulated, dot line for stimulated).
