Experimental details

Overnight starved Jurkat cells were treated with or without IFN-α for 24 hours, then fixed and permeabilized with Nuclear Factor Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Cat. No. 422601). Cells were then stained with IRF7 (clone 12G9A36) Alexa Fluor® 647 (solid line with open histogram for untreated cells, filled histogram for stimulated cells) or mouse IgG2b, κ Alexa Fluor® 647 isotype control (dashed line for unstimulated, dotted line for stimulated).
