- Protein A or G purified from ascites. Detects human TGF-beta 3 in Western blots and direct ELISAs. In Western blots and direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with TGF-beta 1.2 and TGF-beta 2 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with TGF-beta 1 is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ART, recombinant mouse Artemin, recombinant drosophilia DPP, rhGDNF, rhLAP, rhLAT TGF-beta 1, rhLEFTY, recombinant rat MIS, rhNeurturin, recombinant amphibian TGF-beta 5, or rhTGF-alpha is observed.
