- The lysates of mouse brain (lane 1, 30 ug) and HeLa (lane 2, 30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with YWHAG monoclonal antibody, clone J3H10 (Cat # MAB2048) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
