Samples were incubated in 14-3-3 gamma monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-16587) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. The protein was detected at approximately 28 kDa after incubation with chemiluminescent substrate.
