- Monoclonal
- Description
- Monoclonal antibody for ALPHA ENOLASE/ENO1 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100ug/vial. Tested applications: IP, IF, ICC, WB. Reactive species: Human, Mouse, Rat ALPHA ENOLASE/ENO1 information: Molecular Weight: 47169 MW; Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasm . Cell membrane . Cytoplasm, myofibril, sarcomere, M line . Can translocate to the plasma membrane in either the homodimeric (alpha/alpha) or heterodimeric (alpha/gamma) form. ENO1 is localized to the M line; Tissue Specificity: The alpha/alpha homodimer is expressed in embryo and in most adult tissues. The alpha/beta heterodimer and the beta/beta homodimer are found in striated muscle, and the alpha/gamma heterodimer and the gamma/gamma homodimer in neurons.

- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon, using ENO1 Antibody(M01250)ENO1 was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue section. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1ug/ml rabbit anti-ENO1 Antibody (M01250)overnight at 4°C Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
