- Western Blot Analysis: Hela cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-Scribble, clone 7C6.D10 (0.1 μg/mL at 1 mg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Scribble (~220 kDa).
