Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTYH3 antibody (Product # A305-705A-T; lot 2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

- Detection of human TTYH3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Malme-3M cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTYH3 antibody A305-705A-M (lot A305-705A-M-1) used for IP at 50 µl per reaction. TTYH3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TTYH3 antibody BL22705. For blotting immunoprecipitated TTYH3, A305-705A-M was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
