Description

MA1-24734 detects TGF beta 1 from human samples. MA1-24734 has been successfully used in inhibition assay, ELISA, and Western blot procedures. By ELISA, the antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with TGF-beta 1.2 and less than 1% cross reactivity with TGF beta 2, TGF beta 3, and TGF beta 5. The MA1-24734 immunogen is recombinant, full length human protein expressed in CHO cells. Store at 4ºC short term. For long term storage, store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
