- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects multiple species of TGF-beta 1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) TGF-alpha , rhTGF-beta 2, rhTGF-beta 3, rhTGF-beta 5, rhLAP (TGF-beta 1), rhART, rhNeurturin, or recombinant mouse TRANCE.
