- Product name
- Human TGF-beta 1 APC-conjugated Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects TGF-beta 1 from human, mouse, rat, and other species in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich ELISAs, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TGF-beta 3 and recombinant amphibian TGF-beta 5 and no cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine TGF-beta 2 or rhTGF-beta 2 is observed.

- Detection of TGF-beta 1 in PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line by Flow Cytometry. PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human TGF-beta 1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC240A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002A, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
