- This antibody does not cross-react with the 39 kDa jun protein. By Western blot, this antibody detects ~55 & 62 kDa bands representing c-fos and v-fos, respectively. MA1-21190 is not suitable for IHC applications on frozen or paraffin tissues. Positive control of HeLa Cells suggested.
