Experimental details

IHC testing of FFPE human thyroid carcinoma with TSHR antibody (clone SPM223). Required HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9, or 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
