Immunoblot Analysis: Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Connexin 43 (1/1000 dilution, Lane 2) or without a primary antibody (Lane1).Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Connexin 43 (43kDa). Extra bands also seen in negative control (Lane 1).
