- Western Blot: Tryptophan Hydroxylase 1 [p Ser260] Antibody [NB300-307] - Rat brainstem lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~55k TPH phosphorylated at Ser260. The labeling by Anti-Ser260TPH is specifically blocked by the Ser260 phosphopeptide (Phos-pep) used as antigen. The corresponding nonphosphopeptide (Nonphos-pep) did not block the immunolabeling.
