- Western blot analysis of RGMA. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from C2C12, H9c2, HAP-1, HeLa, HepG2, and HT-1080 cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with RGMA Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57221) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.

Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; RGMA was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium.
