Unasnemab (MT-3921/rH116A3) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting repulsive guidance molecule A (RGMa), a membrane-associated protein involved in axonal growth inhibition and neural repair. It binds to RGMa to block its interaction with the neogenin receptor, thereby promoting axonal regeneration and functional recovery. It is being developed for the treatment of acute spinal cord injury and other neurological disorders.
