Experimental details

Detection of human FXR2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FXR2 antibody A303-894A (lot A303-894A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. FXR2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FXR2 antibody A303-893A. For blotting immunoprecipitated FXR2, A303-894A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
