- Western Blot: PAR1/Thrombin Receptor Antibody [NBP1-51936] - Staining of HeLa lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Antibody at 0.3 ug/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. ~48 kDa band observed (calculated MW of 47.4 kDa band according to NP_001983.2).
