- Product name
- anti-Cortactin (CTTN) (pTyr466) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr466 (P-V-Y (p) -E-T) derived from Human CORTACTIN. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
