- Detection of CCL2/JE/MCP-1 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) treated with 250 ng/mL LPS overnight or (B) untreated were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CCL2/JE/MCP-1 Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC279R) and Mouse Anti-Human CD11c PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1777P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC002R). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
